RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If for some reason the purchased item does not fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days after receiving the parcel. To process a return, you need to fill out the form below or the one provided by the manager after contacting us.


Mandatory conditions for return:


  • preservation of the product appearance (absence of scratches and other traces of wear or use)
  • complete set (product, receipt, warranty card, manual, original box, original packaging, if applicable)

*Note: items from charitable projects, where all profits are transferred to charitable funds, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Instructions for returning goods:



Fill out the application form:

- Full name

- IBAN

- card number

- order number (preferably to be pulled automatically)

- item price

- reason for return

  • Before the actual shipment of the goods, contact the manager to inform of the return. The return received by us must undergo quality control. Only products in their original condition, without signs of use, and in their original packaging are accepted for return. We have the right not to accept the return of a product that does not pass the inspection.
     

  • Keep the return postage receipts to be able to track your package. When returning goods from outside Ukraine, make sure that you mark the parcel as a return to avoid unforeseen customs costs.

REFUNDS

  • If the product has no signs of use, the refund is initiated within 3 banking days from the moment the application is processed.

  • The refund amount is credited within 2-14 banking days in accordance with the regulations of your bank. Refunds are made to your bank card.

  • If you pay for the order through the WAYFORPAY service, the refund is automatically made to your card from which the payment is made.
