The Cassini Nemesis watch from Anicorn is not just a time-measuring device, but a portal to the depths of space, born from a fascination with the grandeur and mystery of Saturn.

The design is a visual embodiment of the mysterious atmosphere of the gas giant's shaded northern pole — a region that the "Cassini" mission found in a cosmic "blackout." It was this impenetrable shadow, concealing the hexagon in its depths, that inspired the bold, all-black style of the watch.

The inspiration from Saturn extends far beyond colour. The unique six-sided shape of the famous hexagon is masterfully integrated into key design elements: it forms the outline of the case, adorns the crown, is visible in the crystal, and even in the second hand. The rotation of the latter creates a hypnotic vortex effect, reminiscent of the atmospheric flows of the distant world, transferring their movement directly onto your wrist.

The watch dial is a story in itself, combining celestial aesthetics with scientific precision. It depicts the location and approximate size of Saturn's hexagon, as well as the speed of its jet stream — a unique tribute to the wonders of our Solar System.

For perfect readability in any conditions, the dial, hour, and minute hands are coated with high-quality Super-LumiNova® BGW9 luminescent compound, which emits a captivating blue light. Like the aurora borealis of Saturn.

The unique character of Cassini Nemesis is highlighted by attention to every detail. The case, made of high-quality 316L stainless steel, features a durable black PVD coating with sandblasting, giving it a sophisticated matte look. An additional AF coating protects against unwanted fingerprints.

The watch is offered with two quick-release strap options: a steel bracelet matching the case for a complete look, or a flexible FKM strap, ideal for active use.

Through the transparent case back, you can observe the beating, modified heart of Cassini Nemesis. This is the automatic calibre NH35-ATD, created on the base of the reliable Japanese NH35A movement. The Anicorn Watches team worked on updating the movement's architecture for over a year, and not in vain.

The bridge and rotor are decorated with the masterful Côte de Genève finish, or Geneva stripes. The accent engraving particularly shines with its gold infill against the dark background of the ruthenium coating in "anthracite" colour. An individual serial number confirms the uniqueness of each model.
